Hot Potato Social Media provides a variety of marketing services to Habitat for Humanity DuPage ReStore, on a pro bono basis.
Initially, the DuPage ReStore was not generating enough awareness and many people in the area did not realize it existed. With this in mind, Hot Potato felt that completely building out the ReStore’s presence online through social media channels, publicity initiatives and more, all while improving various SEO factors on their website was crucial for building brand awareness.
The results paid off. The DuPage ReStore noticed a significant increase in traffic to their website (12% visitor increase and a 25% increase in visitor duration on the site) and interaction on their social profiles. Likewise, more people were visiting the ReStore’s physical location!
Hot Potato Social Media is responsible for building out the DuPage ReStore Facebook and also created and built their Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Google+ accounts. Hot Potato also assists DuPage ReStore with publicity and events, integrating both with social media channels.
